Why were you never introduced into my life?

I've always been thinking back to Inkheart every now and then. I think it was one of the most inspirational books growing up for me. I first read the original in German when I was about 11. A couple years later I received the English version, and continued on my reading.

Once again, I moved about a year ago. It wasn't in the best experience ever. I also had a lot of social problems at the time. After about 8 months I got over my depression and mood swings, started looking at life in a more optimistic way when High School started for me, and I could never be happier. Dogs - they truly carry their own personality.

About a year ago, I moved during one of the worst times possible. I became depressed for a short period of time, and my mother got me a dog, as promised.
